Wine Cream Sauce Ravioli
I have been in love with this specific dish at this little hole-in-the-wall restaurant for a while now, but as good as it is, it’s starting to get a little expensive for so little food. So I tried experimenting and looking around to find something similar…and it turns out I could make more food for about the same price as the dish. I used my own mix of wines and experimented! You can add chicken or shrimp to this dish as well. If you can’t tell by now I really love pasta and making sauces :)
